Your responsibilities

Support users and third parties by verifying payment information via email and phone.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with accurate and friendly support.
Your profile

Native French speaker (mandatory).

Good level of English (B2 minimum).

Strong written communication skills in French.

Motivated, reliable, and committed to your work.

Team player, comfortable working with different nationalities.

Previous customer service or fraud prevention/credit recovery experience is a plus.

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
