Your responsibilities

• Provide customer support via social media, live chat, email, and occasional calls.

• Handle queries related to subscriptions, invoicing, and technical troubleshooting.

• Record and update details of customer interactions, complaints, or comments.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering friendly and effective solutions.

Your profile

• Native level of French (mandatory).

• Good level of English (B2 minimum).

• Already based in Portugal (between Coimbra and Algarve).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French.

• Customer service orientation, proactive attitude, and team spirit.

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

What’s in it for you?

• Contract: 6-month temporary contract with full-time hours.

• Working schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 8 AM and 9 PM.

• Salary package:

  • €890 gross/month × 14 salaries per year

  • Performance bonus: up to €100/month
