Your responsibilities

Assist customers during the booking process (modifications, cancellations, new reservations).

Provide guidance, instructions, and proactive solutions for travelers.

Follow up during vacations, ensuring issues are resolved, including refunds when needed.

Support and expand the client network by delivering excellent service.

Manage qualified lead generation to improve customer experience.
Your profile

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

Native-level French and good English skills.

Passion for travel and the tourism industry.

Motivated, committed, and customer-oriented.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, 7AM–7PM.

Salary options:

With accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,040 gross/month

Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month
