Your responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding logistics, products, and services.

Native German speaker with business-level English.

No specific degree required – soft skills and motivation matter most (training provided).
What’s in it for you?

Contract: Long-term fixed-term, renewable annually.

Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, Monday to Friday, between 7 am – 10 pm, on a rotational schedule.

Salary:

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €950 gross/month.

Without accommodation: €1300–€1400 gross/month.

Training period (1–4 weeks): 50% of hourly wages.
