Your responsibilities

• Review videos, images, text, and audio according to company policies.

• Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, including abuse reports and appeals.

• Ensure user and brand safety by monitoring and moderating sensitive content.

⚠️ Note: this role involves exposure to sensitive material including vulgar, violent, or disturbing content.

Your profile

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit/residency card (mandatory).

• Fluent French speaker with good English skills.

• Motivated, resilient, and committed to high-quality work.

• Strong communication and listening abilities.

• Interest in social media and digital trends.

• Willingness to work abroad in a multicultural environment.

  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month.

  • Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month.
