Your responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.

• Collect and update customer data.

• Provide product information (subscriptions, payments, technical requirements).

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with professional and friendly responses.

Your profile

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

• Native French speaker with a good level of English.

• Motivation and commitment to delivering excellent service.
