Your responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to the Omnipod Insulin Management System.

Manage inbound calls, orders, and product shipments.

Provide support, guidance, and problem-solving assistance to customers with empathy and efficiency.

Encourage compliance and proper use of the product.
Your profile

Fluency in French and a good level of English.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts depending on project.

Salary:

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month.

Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month.

Training period (1 to 4 weeks): 50% of hourly wage.
