Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Customer Service Agent will be:

Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat with queries related to orders, subscriptions, and invoices

Delivering high-quality service to ensure an excellent customer experience

Following up on customer queries until resolution within agreed deadlines

Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native French speaker with at least B2 level English

Previous experience in customer service is mandatory
