Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Advisor will be:

Managing all incoming customer queries in a service-oriented environment

Responding to enterprise clients via phone and email

Gathering information from customers to resolve issues and provide technical troubleshooting when needed

Supporting clients with product-related inquiries and maintaining long-term relationships

Recording and updating all required information in the CRM system to ensure accurate follow-up
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal is mandatory

Native level of French with fluency in English

Minimum of 6 months previous experience in Customer Service or Technical Support is preferred

Good technical skills and interest in learning more

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to remain professional under pressure and resolve issues effectively

Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Customer-focused with enthusiasm for quality service delivery
