Your responsibilities and impact as an Airline Reservation Advisor will be:

Managing bookings by altering, canceling, or creating reservations

Assisting clients through inbound calls with after-sales inquiries related to their reservations

Handling back-office tasks such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of French and good level of English (mandatory)

Passion for the travel and tourism industry – studies or experience is a strong plus

Up to €100 monthly performance bonus
