Your responsibilities and impact as Technical Support for Smart Home Devices will be:

  • Providing customer support by responding to inbound requests and documenting relevant case details

  • Assisting users with pre-sales questions, general inquiries, and technical issues through phone, email, and social media

  • Adapting the brand’s voice and tone in both private interactions (phone, email, chat) and public channels (forums, reviews, social media)

  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by offering timely, professional, and friendly responses

  • Collaborating in a multicultural and diverse team environment


Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native-level French speaker with good English skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience (mandatory)

  • Strong writing and communication skills in French

  • Motivation, commitment, and a proactive attitude

  • Team player open to collaborating with international colleagues

  • Sales or commercial background is a plus

  • Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is an advantage


What’s in it for you?

  • Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI) with 3-month trial period

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 8 am to 10 pm; weekends from 8 am to 5 pm (2 rotating days off)

  • Salary package:

    • €830 gross/month x 14 months

    • €120 gross/month language bonus

    • Up to €100 monthly performance bonus

    • Meal vouchers worth €7.23 per workday

    • Partial reimbursement of transportation costs

    • Private health insurance and dental plan after 6 months

Relocation support for international candidates:

  • Reimbursement of up to €400 for initial flight after 4 months

  • 4 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay)
