Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for Streaming Platform will be:

Assisting viewers via phone and chat with various inquiries

Providing account and application support, especially related to software functionality

Troubleshooting technical issues such as system configurations and network settings

Delivering accurate and timely responses to customer questions

Working hours: Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 8 am to 9 pm

Base salary €890 gross/month (14 payments per year)
