Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be:

Handling reconciliations, daily operations, and maintaining customer records

Managing inquiries mainly via phone, and also through email

Advising customers on purchases and sustainable alternatives

Investigating and resolving complex issues requiring research and analysis

Continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native-level German speaker with excellent English skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to deliver detailed analysis of customer data

Attentive listening, clear communication, and empathy in customer interactions

Previous experience in customer service preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career
