Your responsibilities and impact as a Gaming Customer Advisor will be:

• Supporting players by providing world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat

• Identifying and resolving technical or account-related issues

• Ensuring a high level of player satisfaction and loyalty

• Accurately recording data in the CRM system

• Providing ad-hoc support for specific projects

• Collaborating as a team player to contribute to the project’s success

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native-level German speaker with at least B2 English

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

• Attentive listening, empathy, and professionalism in client interactions

• Proactive, reliable, and motivated to deliver excellence

• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

What’s in it for you?

• Salary package (two options):

  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €950 gross/month

  • Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month

Relocation support for international candidates:

• Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months
