Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

• Assisting customers with inquiries about the Omnipod Insulin Management System

• Handling inbound calls and managing product orders

• Coordinating product shipments to customers

• Providing empathetic support and clear guidance to resolve issues

• Encouraging proper and consistent product use for improved quality of life

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native-level German and good English skills

• Interest in medicine and motivation to support people with health conditions

• Strong listening and communication skills

• Empathetic, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace

• Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and expatriate life

• Willingness to relocate to Portugal for an international career

• Valid Portuguese work permit (required)

  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1230 gross/month

  • Without accommodation: €1612 gross/month
