Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

• Managing bookings (altering, canceling, or creating reservations) via phone, email, and chat

• Assisting clients with inquiries during the after-sales process and handling requests related to reservations

• Managing back-office tasks such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations

• Ensuring excellent customer experience through professional and friendly support

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native-level German speaker with good English skills

• Enthusiasm for travel and the tourism industry

• Awareness of the value of delivering an excellent customer experience

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working at a fast pace

• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

• Valid Portuguese work permit required
