Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

• Assisting customers via email, phone, and live chat

• Collecting and updating customer data

• Providing information about products, including subscriptions, payments, and technical requirements

• Ensuring customer satisfaction with professional and friendly support

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card (mandatory)

• Native level of French and good English skills

• Awareness of the value of excellent customer experience

• Interest in new technologies

• Strong listening and communication skills

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

• Salary package (two options):

  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month

  • Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month
