Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

• Assisting customers with their requests via email, phone, and live chat

• Collecting and updating customer information

• Providing product details on subscriptions, payments, and technical requirements

• Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and friendly responses

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card (required)

• Native level of French and good English skills
