Your Responsibilities

• Manage bookings: create, alter, or cancel reservations

• Handle inbound calls and assist clients with after-sales requests

• Support ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations

• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• Native-level German and good English

• Previous experience with GDS tools preferred

• Enthusiastic about the travel and tourism industry

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required

• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon

• Working hours: Monday–Sunday, rotating shifts (08:00–17:00)

  • 1,100€ gross/month × 14 salaries
