Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:

Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

Answer questions about billing, payments, and account info.

Handle requests from external authorities professionally.

Record customer interactions accurately.

Help with revenue collection and service sales when applicable.
What you need to succeed:

Fluent in the required project language (English and/or others).

Motivated and willing to work in shifts.
