Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:

  • Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Answer questions about billing, payments, and account info.

  • Handle requests from external authorities professionally.

  • Record customer interactions accurately.

  • Help with revenue collection and service sales when applicable.

What you need to succeed:

  • Fluent in the required project language (English and/or others).

  • Good communication and computer skills.

  • Detail-oriented and team player.

  • Motivated and willing to work in shifts.

What’s in it for you?

  • Contract: 12-month renewable with potential for permanent.

  • Hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts (7:00–23:00, Mon–Sun).

  • Salary: €1,050 with accommodation / €1,309 without.
