Your Responsibilities

• Act as a fashion mentor and guide customers during their shopping experience

• Provide solutions via phone, email, or social media in a professional and friendly way

• Answer inquiries about products, payments, orders, and shipping

• Manage upgrades, rescheduling, and claims

• Redirect cases to relevant departments when necessary

• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping journey

Your Profile

• Native-level French and good English skills

• Enthusiastic about fashion and trends

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Customer-oriented and attentive to detail

• Living in Lisbon or willing to relocate

• Valid Portuguese work permit required

What’s in It for You?

• Contract: 1-year renewable contract

• Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, Monday–Sunday (07:00–21:00)

• Salary package:

  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1,040€ gross/month

  • Without accommodation: 1,240€ gross/month
