Join our multilingual customer service team in Lisbon and provide exceptional support to French-speaking clients. You will handle incoming enquiries, resolve issues quickly and professionally, and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, friendly and professional assistance via phone, email or chat to customers in French.
- Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions, collaborating with colleagues or escalation teams when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and follow procedures to provide accurate information.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets while contributing to a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- Native-level French with at least B2-level English.
- Excellent communication skills and an attentive, patient listening style.
- Calm, solution‑oriented approach and ability to handle inquiries under pressure.
- Team player with a commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Valid Portuguese work permit and readiness to relocate to Lisbon if not already residing there.
- Availability to work full time (40h/week) Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 22:00 on a rotational schedule.

- Long-term full-time contract with renewable terms and paid training.
- Competitive salary: €1,240 gross/month without accommodation or €1,040 gross/month with shared company accommodation (utilities included).
- Paid training period (1–4 weeks) at 50% hourly wage.
