Your responsibilities

• Support client activities by delivering high-quality service to customers

• Answer inbound calls from potential customers interested in Salt products

• Engage in soft sales through excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Build trustful relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions

• Contribute to the success of the team and the project

Your profile

• Native level of German and minimum B2 level of English

• Experience in sales or strong sales-oriented mindset

• Motivation, reliability and commitment to your work

• Drive for excellence and professionalism

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working conditions

• Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually

• Full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

• Rotating shifts from 7 am to 8 pm

• Work from home option available

Compensation and benefits

• With accommodation: 1200 € gross per month, shared flat with bills included

• Without accommodation: 1600 € gross per month plus private health insurance from day one

• Quarterly performance bonuses up to 1000 €

• Approximate tax rate between 20 and 25 percent

• Paid training of 5 days with 50% hourly wage at reduced taxes
