Your responsibilities

• Advise customers and provide solutions regarding services by phone, email and chat

• Ensure a positive customer experience with professional and responsible interactions

• Meet the performance targets set by the project

Your profile

• Native level of German and good level of English required

• Passion for the entertainment industry, previous experience is an advantage

• Strong customer service skills and professional attitude

• Excellent listening and communication abilities

• Motivation to learn, develop and acquire new skills

• Dynamic, self-motivated and open-minded

• Team player, comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment

Working conditions

• Permanent contract with a three-month trial period

• Full-time position with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 5 pm

Compensation and benefits

• 1100 € gross per month paid 14 times a year

• Monthly performance bonus up to 200 €

• Meal vouchers of 7.23 € per workday
