• Delivering the best possible solutions to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media

• Providing support on products, orders, payments, and shipping while remaining professional and polite

• Assisting prospects and clients with calls and ensuring smooth handling of inquiries

• Redirecting cases to other departments when required

• Native level of French and good English skills

• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon
