Your responsibilities

• Solve technical issues and ensure proper functioning of the online marketing platform in a B2B environment.

• Define solutions for clients and adapt existing processes to guide them.

• Use basic coding and diagnostic skills to analyse problems.

• Understand clients’ goals and provide appropriate solutions through chat support.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by focusing on quality and results.

Your profile

• Native-level French speaker with good command of English (B2 level minimum).

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.

• Previous experience in technical support is an advantage.

• General understanding or strong interest in online marketing products.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Team player with the ability to work in an international environment.

What’s in it for you?

• Fixed-term renewable contract (1 year).

• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (40h/week).

• Initial training of 7 to 10 weeks, fully paid at 100%.

• Salary conditions:

  • With free accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1040 € gross/month + quarterly performance bonus up to 400 €.

  • Without accommodation: 1240 € gross/month + monthly performance bonus up to 400 €.

Relocation package for international applicants

• Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months.
