Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Experience Specialist will be:

Supporting business clients across phone, email, and chat

Assisting with self-serve advertising platforms and tools

Delivering high-quality pre- and post-sales service

Troubleshooting product-related issues and identifying trends

Sharing valuable feedback with internal teams to drive improvements
Skills, qualifications, and qualities you’ll bring:

Native-level Dutch and good English skills (B2 minimum)

Strong communication and analytical mindset

Interest in digital advertising and social platforms

Professional, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit
