Your responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer requests and document case details

Assist users with pre-sales questions, general inquiries, and technical issues

Provide support through phone, email, chat, and social media channels

Adapt the brand’s voice and tone across all communication platforms

Your profile

Native German speaker with good English skills

Conditions and benefits

Contract: Permanent (CDI) with a 3-month trial period

Working hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts 8:00–17:00
