Your responsibilities

Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues

Investigate and analyze data to identify root causes and provide effective solutions

Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve concerns

Apply company policies and product knowledge to deliver timely resolutions

Ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction
Your profile

Native-level German speaker with C1 English

Valid Portuguese work permit required

Already in Lisbon or ready to relocate for an international career
