Your responsibilities

Support customers via phone, email, and social media

Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer concerns

Deliver calm and effective troubleshooting for service-related queries

Act as a mentor to consumers across different fields and projects

Coordinate with other departments by redirecting specific cases when necessary
Your profile

Native-level French speaker with at least B2 level English

Strong communication and listening skills

Contract: Renewable fixed-term contract

Working hours: Full-time (40h/week, 8h/day), rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 7 AM – 9 PM)

1,040 € gross/month with free accommodation (shared flat, bills included)

Training: Intensive onboarding program (4 weeks, paid at 50% of base salary, minus taxes)
