We are looking for Technical Support Agents with German to provide technical assistance to a project with a world leading software development company.

Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German (native) and English (advanced)

- Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, Sharepoint, Sharepoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows (valuable)

- Ability to handle diverse customer situations, with empathy and professionalism.

- Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving
