Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Agent

Salary: €1,583.33 gross/month

Temporary (6 months) + possible extension

 Weekly Hours: 39 hours/week

Job Duties

• Receive inbound calls and provide customer service in Portuguese and Spanish.
• Handle sales and reservations for a major hotel chain.
• Focus on closing bookings, so sales experience and a commercial background are highly desirable.
• Assist with general inquiries, complaints, or service requests.

Requirements

• Languages:
• Portuguese (Native or Fluent)
• Spanish (Fluent)
• English (Minimum level B2)
• Experience:
• At least 1 year in the tourism sector
• Sales/commercial experience preferred
• Availability:
• Must be able to work Monday to Sunday, including alternate weekends
• Shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
• Training:
• In-person, from August 25 to September 5, 2025
