Your responsibilities and impact as a Product Advisor will be:

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email and social media

• Answer questions about products, orders, payments and shipping details

• Handle online credit simulations and convert into completed files

• Manage inbound calls from prospects and existing clients

• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native level of German with good English skills

• Enthusiasm for fashion, sneakers and sports culture

• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

• Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
