Your responsibilities and impact as a Product Advisor will be:

Provide excellent customer support via phone, email and social media

Answer questions about products, orders, payments and shipping details

Handle online credit simulations and convert into completed files

Manage inbound calls from prospects and existing clients

Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of German with good English skills
