Your responsibilities and impact as a Product Advisor:

• Provide world-class service to customers by handling incoming queries via phone, email or chat

• Identify issues and offer effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction

• Record customer information accurately in the CRM system

• Deliver ad-hoc support and collaborate with your team to reach project goals

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native German speaker with good English skills

• Excellent communication and listening abilities
