Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent:

Answer incoming customer queries via phone, email or chat

Identify issues and provide suitable solutions

Ensure high customer satisfaction

Record client information and case details in the CRM system

Provide ad-hoc support as needed

Collaborate with your team to achieve project success
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of German and B2 level of English

Willing to relocate to Portugal (valid Portuguese work permit required)
What’s in it for you?

Contract: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable yearly

Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), Monday–Friday, rotating shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 950–1050€ gross/month

Without accommodation: 1300–1500€ gross/month
