Your responsibilities and impact as a Support Agent will be:

Support users by email and phone to verify payment information with third parties

Maintain strong client relationships

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native French speaker (mandatory) with B2 level of English

Motivated, reliable and committed to your work

Strong written communication skills in French

Team player open to working with many nationalities

Previous customer service experience is a plus

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required
What’s in it for you?

Contract: full-time, 6-month temporary contract

Salary: €890 gross/month ×14 + €120/month performance bonus + €100/month complexity bonus + meal vouchers of €7.23 per working day

Schedule: rotating shifts – Monday to Friday 8 AM to 10 PM, weekends 8 AM to 5 PM

Relocation: reimbursement of initial flight (up to €400) after 6 months
