Your responsibilities and impact as a Banking Customer Service Agent:

Call customers to transform online credit simulations into completed files

Handle inbound calls, answer questions, and support customers with their requests

Work within a diverse and multicultural team to deliver high-quality service
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native French speaker (mandatory)

Good level of English is a plus

Motivated, committed, and customer-oriented

Excellent communication and listening skills

Team player, proactive, and willing to work with international colleagues

Sales or commercial background is a plus

Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is an advantage
What’s in it for you?

Contract: 6-month temporary contract

Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 9 AM and 7 PM

Salary package: 890 € gross/month ×14 + 200 €/month complexity bonus + up to 50 €/month performance bonus + meal vouchers of 7,23 €/workday + partial transport reimbursement + private health and dental insurance (after 6 months)

Relocation package (for candidates outside Portugal): reimbursement of initial flight up to 400 € after 4 months + 4 months’ shared accommodation provided (rental fee applies)
