Your responsibilities and impact in this role:
Customer Service Specialist

Provide friendly and professional assistance via phone, email, chat, and social media

Respond to user questions and resolve issues efficiently

Ensure high customer satisfaction through follow-up and quality support
Content Moderator

Review and validate written, visual, and advertising content based on platform policies

Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of user-generated content

Contribute ideas to improve processes and safeguard the online community
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of French and at least B2 level of English

Passion for customer service, content moderation, or tech support

Excellent listening and communication skills

Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Excited by multicultural environments and willing to relocate to Lisbon

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required
