Your responsibilities and impact in this role:

Customer Service Specialist

  • Provide friendly and professional assistance via phone, email, chat, and social media

  • Respond to user questions and resolve issues efficiently

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through follow-up and quality support

Content Moderator

  • Review and validate written, visual, and advertising content based on platform policies

  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of user-generated content

  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and safeguard the online community

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native level of French and at least B2 level of English

  • Passion for customer service, content moderation, or tech support

  • Excellent listening and communication skills

  • Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excited by multicultural environments and willing to relocate to Lisbon

  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required

What’s in it for you?

  • Contract: Open-ended contract (30 days probation)

  • Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), 24/7 rotating shifts

  • Salary: 850€ gross/month + 50€ language bonus + 120€ performance bonus (from 4th month)

  • Relocation package:

    • 360€ monthly relocation allowance (first 3 months)

    • Help obtaining NIF and Social Security Number
