Role Overview
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via email and chat. Your responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction by offering accurate information and clear communication. You will also contribute to team targets, support process improvements, and collaborate closely with other departments such as Payments and Risk & Fraud.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in Finnish, Swedish, and English with accuracy and professionalism.

Guide customers in using platform features and provide clear, helpful solutions.

Build trust and strong relationships through transparent communication.

Handle complaints effectively and ensure proper follow-up.

Maintain records of interactions and update internal databases with relevant information.

Collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and support junior team members when needed.
Requirements

Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and English (written and spoken).

Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and remain patient in challenging situations.

Computer literacy and ability to adapt to new tools.

A clean police record.

Experience in the gaming/iGaming industry is an advantage.
