Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be:

Supporting customers via inbound social media, live chat, email, and phone (small percentage)

Assisting with subscription, invoicing, and technical troubleshooting queries

Logging customer interactions, issues, and actions in internal systems

Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of French with good English skills (minimum B2)

Currently living in Portugal (only candidates located between Coimbra and Algarve can be considered)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player

Motivation, commitment, and adaptability

Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Salary: €890 gross/month ×14, plus bonus up to €100/month
