Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor will be:

Making first contact with potential customers in France via phone and email

Identifying client needs and booking insurance meetings directly into advisers’ calendars

Acting as the link between customer and insurer (no direct selling)

Managing customer inquiries and providing solutions when issues arise

Working closely with teammates to ensure high performance and team success
