Your responsibilities and impact as a Travel Booking Specialist will be:

Managing incoming customer queries by phone and email in a travel service environment

Handling bookings, upgrades, rescheduling, cancellations, and claims

Gathering information from clients and providing tailored travel solutions

Assisting with hotel and flight reservations through both low-cost and regular airlines

Managing back-office processes (ticket issuing, modifications, cancellations)

Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of French and B2 level of English

Previous experience (6+ months) in Customer Service or Call Center is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills

Customer- and quality-oriented attitude

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required
