Your responsibilities and impact will be:

  • Supporting customers by phone and email regarding products, services, and complaints

  • Providing accurate information and tailored solutions to ensure a great customer experience

  • Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy

  • Maintaining a high standard of service to strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native level of German and good command of English

  • Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually

  • Full-time schedule (40h/week), Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 10 PM, rotating shifts

  • Salary options:

    • With free accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 950€ gross/month

    • Without accommodation: 1,300–1,400€ gross/month

  • Relocation package for international candidates:

    • Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months

    • Airport pick-up

    • Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU)

    • Help with paperwork and opening a bank account
