As a French-speaking Customer Advisor in Lisbon, you will handle client queries, provide product and technical support, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while enjoying the vibrant Portuguese capital.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and efficient manner.

• Gather relevant information from clients to ensure accurate and timely resolution of queries.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide product support over the phone.

• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

• Record all required data in CRM to ensure quality service tracking.

Your Profile

• EU citizenship or valid residency/work permit is mandatory.

• Native level of French and fluent in English.

• Preferably at least 6 months of experience in customer service or technical support (call center experience is a plus).

• Good technical skills and willingness to learn.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.

• Team player with a proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
