Your Responsibilities

Manage bookings by altering, canceling, or creating new reservations.

Assist clients via inbound calls in the after-sales process, answering inquiries and attending to requests.

Handle back-office tasks such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations.

Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your Profile

Native French speaker with good English skills (mandatory).

Passionate about travel and tourism; prior experience or studies in this field is a plus.
