As an Airline Reservation Advisor, you will assist customers with their booking needs, ensuring an exceptional travel experience from start to finish. Your Responsibilities

• Manage bookings by altering, canceling, or creating new reservations.

• Assist clients via inbound calls in the after-sales process, answering inquiries and attending to requests.

• Handle back-office tasks such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations.

• Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Native French speaker with good English skills (mandatory).

• Passionate about travel and tourism; prior experience or studies in this field is a plus.

• Professional, customer-oriented attitude with strong listening and communication skills.

What’s in It for You

• Contract: 6-month contract.

• Salary Package:

  • €850 gross/month x14

  • Up to €100/month performance bonus
