As a French-speaking Technical Support Specialist, you will assist users with their smart home devices, deliver high-quality technical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction in a multicultural and innovative environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support by responding to inbound customer requests and documenting case information.

  • Assist users with pre-sales questions, general inquiries, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and social media.

  • Adapt the brand’s tone of voice for both private and public interactions, including forums and e-commerce reviews.

  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience by responding in a friendly and solution-oriented manner.

  • Collaborate within a diverse, international team.

Your Profile

  • Native level of French and a good level of English.

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting (mandatory).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to write clearly and accurately in French.

  • Team-oriented and open to working with multiple nationalities.

  • Sales or commercial experience is a plus.

  • Prior customer service or credit recovery experience is a plus.

What’s in It for You

  • Contract: CDI with a 3-month trial period.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday rotating shifts (8 AM – 10 PM) and weekends (8 AM – 5 PM), with 2 rotating days off.

  • Salary Package:

    • €830 gross/month x14

    • €120 gross/month language bonus

    • Up to €100 monthly performance bonus

    • €7.23 meal vouchers per workday

    • Partial transportation reimbursement

    • Private health insurance and dental plan after 6 months

  • Relocation Support for International Candidates:

    • Reimbursement of flight costs up to €400 after 4 months.

    • 4 months of shared accommodation (rental fee applies).
