Your Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Identify technical or account issues and provide effective solutions.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, efficient service.

Provide ad-hoc support to customers and contribute to the team’s success.

Your Profile

Native-level German speaker with at least a B1 level of English.

What’s in It for You

Working Hours: Rotating shifts, 5 days per week, weekends included, between 8 AM and 9 PM.

With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950 – €1,000 gross/month.
