Your Responsibilities

• Resolve issues during the hotel booking process.

• Provide instructions and guidance to find the right reservation.

• Follow up with guests during their stay and offer solutions, including refunds when necessary.

• Support and grow the existing client network.

• Contribute to qualified lead generation through excellent customer care.

Your Profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English skills.

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

• Passion for travel and hospitality.

• Strong commitment, motivation, and customer focus.

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

What’s in It for You

• Working Hours: Full-time (40h/week), rotating shifts Monday to Sunday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

• Salary Options:

  • With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,040 gross/month.

  • Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month.
