Your Responsibilities

Provide clear and professional answers to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

Assist customers with troubleshooting related to products, orders, payment methods, and shipping.

Your Profile

Native level of French and good level of English.

Enthusiasm for fashion, sportswear, and current trends.
