What you’ll do:
- 📞 Assist French-speaking customers with clear, friendly support via phone, email, and chat
- 💡 Provide accurate solutions and guide users through their requests
- 🗂 Keep records detailed and organized
- 🤝 Work proactively and collaboratively within a supportive team environment
What you bring:
- 🗣 Native or fluent French and good command of English
- 💻 Comfortable with digital tools and managing multiple communication channels
- 🌟 Positive, customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- 👥 Strong team player eager to contribute and support colleagues
- ⏰ Available for 8-hour rotating shifts, 5 days per week, including weekends
